The traditional enemies of the Kadazan are ....

Now that they have myKads, and their populations are exploding, and they have their 'YB's' and own people occupying some critical posts like lands and surveys, finance, agricultures, etc, what hope and future do the Kadazan have, no thanks to those who sold their souls to the devils posing as "benefactors and protectors" and because they have turned their hearts to serve false gods and reject the unconditional love of YHVH ELOHIM but for those who remained faithful to Him, the following are words for those land grabbers!
Micah 2:2-3. [This is evil:] When you want a certain piece of land, you find a way to seize it. …No one's family or inheritance is safe with you around! But this is what the LORD says: "I will reward your evil with evil; you won't be able to escape! After I am through with you, none of you will ever again walk proudly in the streets. Land grabbing is a crime.
1 Kings 21 is the story of how King Ahab stole land from Naboth and the serious consequences that followed.

Illuminati's NWO - the abolition of private land ownership : Russia's resistance

Except for the intervention of Russia, the global elites could have started a war between Irag and Israel which was planned centuries ago to trigger War 111, that was intended to establish the New Word Order, in which the United Nation will be playing the central role, in asserting the Luciferian agenda of global domination and control through a one world government, one world religion, one world economic/financial system.

Is Malaysia an ISLAMIC nation? UMNO, and most of BN's members agreed except Tan Sir Bernard Dompok!

English: The Parliament of Malaysia taken by M...Image via Wikipedia
Most of the problems facing our country, particularly on inter racial and inter religious relationship is the misconception of 2 aspects in the Federal Constitution.

The first is the claim that Malaysia is an Islamic country (Article 3) and the second the 'special rights' of the Malays. (Article 153).

In this video, Art Harun, a Malaysian lawyer argues and debunks the notion that Malaysia is an Islamic country based on historical and documented facts and documents recently declassified by the British Parliament.

He also presented 2 Supreme Court judgement which upholds his views.

Evils that Men do - Harvest Festival Pagan Rituals - offerings and acts worship to fertility god/goddess - Bambahazon- spirit of Padi

Owing to the centuries of isolation, the Kadazan priests and priestesses have lost contact with Kinoingan Minamangun (YHVH ELOHIM) and most if not all of their attempts to connect to the true and living G-d failed thanks to the clever and deceitful manipulations by Logon (Satan) and his tudungon/tompuvan (demons/fairies) and sunduvan tangalaat (evil spirits) who 'posed' as 'good spirits', became the 'guiding spirits' (divato) demanding 'appeasement' gifts - the main and only aim of the bobohizan/bobolian to have an encounter with Kinoingan Minamangun was to offer an 'atonement' for the sins and transgressions of the people (kadazan)

Not until the arrival of white missionaries, who carried with them the lost 'tataba', the treasury of knowledge of Life and Eternity, which had been along the years counterfeited and defiled to bring enslavement, poverty and bondage to the spirit of death, that the Kadazan became aware of the heritage as "sakag do Kinoingan" - children of G-d.

In the article following, which had been adapted from its source brief summary of the pagan rituals and traditions had been reproduced for further and deeper research and studies in the light of G-d's Word.

THE PAGAN OR DEVIL WORSHIP RITUALS - there is a need for repentance on the part of the Kadazans if they are to get away from the CURSE of the Law of Kinoingan Minamangun.

The word Kaamatan is derived from the root word omot, to harvest something like padi, maize or grain crop. Kokotuan, from the root word "kotu" also refers to the harvest of vegetables, herbs or something soft and can be plucked by the fingers. Pongupuan, from the root word "upu", refers to the harvest of tree crop like fruit trees, cocoa, coconut, etc.

In the context of this article, Kaamatan refers to the paddy-harvesting period, which involves a series of traditional rituals culminating finally to the Kaamatan (harvest) festival. Tadau kaamatan is a celebration for the people who celebrate tadau kaamatan.

The festival is observed in 6 rituals stages:

The Kumogos Ceremony
Before a harvest begins, a Bobohizan/Bobolian (ritual specialist) will select and tie-up 7 stalks of the best rice from a plot of rice field. These stakes of rice will only be harvested after the particular plot of field has been completely harvested. The 7 stalks of rice will then be scattered all over the rice field. This gesture is to inform the other spirits who may be present among the rice field not to make any disturbance when the harvesting work is to commenced and each of them will be given something after the harvest.

The Kumotob Ceremony
From the area which has not yet been harvested to the Bobohizan/Bobolian will select 7 stalks of the best rice. The selected stalks are then tied up together and placed in a tadang (a type of basket for keeping rice). The rest of the rice in the field are then harvested and the rice are turned into seed for future planting season.

The Posisip Ceremony
The Bobohizan/Bobolian goes to a rice hut together with the 7 stalks of rice which is tied up and placed in the tadang. While reciting chants she takes out the bundle of rice stalks and insert them in a bamboo pole kept in the tangkob. The recital of the chants is to call the spirit of the rice to stay in the rice hut until the next planting season, i.e. when the rice spirits are called to the rice field again.

The Poihib Ceremony
In the rice hut the Bobohizan/Bobolian carefully pours the rice into the tangkob. This process is repeated for a number of times until all the rice has poured into the tangkob. The Bobohizan/Bobolian then recite chants appealing to the rice spirits to keep watch over the rice stored in the tangkob.

The Magavau Ceremony
This is the most important ceremony in the sequence of events of the harvest festival. This focuses in the restoration of Bambahazon/Bambarayon as well as offering food to Bambahazon/Bambarayon. In the olden days, the Magavau ritual is performed in the padi field on the night of the first full moon after the harvest. Nowadays, this ritual is carried out in the house of the owner of the field.

The Humabot Ceremony
This is the final stage of the observation of the harvest festival and is in the form of merry-making and entertainment. This ceremony is now celebrated at village, district and state levels annually (30 - 31 May). A variety of entertainment and activities in the form of dances and traditional sports are held and the climax of the event is the selection of the Unduk Ngadau(Harvest Festival Queen). The Unduk Ngadau symbolizes Huminodun, the sacrificed daughter of Kinorohingan.

The rituals described above are typical of the Kadazan of the Penampang-Papar area. Other interior Kadazan sub-tribes, the muruts and the paitanic sub-tribes in the east coast have different rice harvest rituals. For example, the Lotud have a series of eight ceremonies - Mansalud, Monuras, Tumakau, Matang, Mongoi Rumali, Mogimpuun, Sumondod and Monumbui. The essence of this ceremony however is the same, that is of thanksgiving for a plentiful harvest.

ONE OF ISRAEL GREATEST MIRACLES - AGRICULTURAL TRANSFORMATION - DESERT BLOOM - because of the significance of the annual Harvest Festivals, i.e. Passover (harvest of barley), Pentecost or shavuot (harvest of wheat) and tabernacles or sukkot (harvest of grapes, figs, etc) and their commitment and faithfulness to observe them as G-d commanded them

Unique in the belief system of the Kadazan people, comprising of the 12 tribes, i.e. Sokid or Interior people, Tangaa, Lotud, Rungus, Tatana, Tombonuo-Sungei, Bisaya, Kuijau, Bagahak-Idaan, Tutong, Bonggi and Murut, is Minamangun (Creator) known as Kinoingan-Kinorohingan (Name above all names-the Ancient Ones) and His sacrificial love for his children (Kadazan-Kadayan). He gave them the land, which eventually become known as Sabah (North Borneo-Kalimantan Utara), to plant their garden, hunt for wild animals, gather herbs, fishes and tubers, abundantly found there, bamboo, rattan, timbers and minerals for their daily needs, build their 'sulap', share with their neighbors and make sacrifices to their Kinoingan Minamangun.
Their culture was based on 'loving and doing to others what others want them to do upon themselves; of mutual help and respect like 'mitabang, taggal, mihusod, etc, living in harmony with each other and respect the laws of nature which Kinoingan had handed down to them through word of mouth and progressive revelation. Greed and avarice were never encouraged, so was lording it over others; their leaders were taught to be 'servant leaders' but a new group of men, who knew a different god, a god of violent, war and bloodshed, came over their land, plundered them, destroyed and burnt their villages, killed all their leaders and priests

How to file petition to the Supreme Court of Heaven.

Filipino Market, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysi...Image via WikipediaEnglish: The Lord Jesus Christ in the image of...Image via Wikipedia
PRE-REQUISITE:
1. Born-Again (John 3: 3-6)
2.Walking in Fellowship with the Lord Mediator and Advocate Yeshua HaMashiach (Job 16:19)
3. Active member of His chosen on Earth. (1Peter2:9)
4. Love not his/her life on Earth. (Rev 12:11)

Doctrine of The Supreme Court of Heaven
1. The Supreme Court of Heaven makes for an excellent teaching aid.
1.1 The Supreme Court of Heaven consists of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
1.2 Cases are filed by believers only; they are filed directly to the Father in the name of the Son and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
1.3 Just as lawyers today must be specially qualified and licensed to argue before the U.S. Supreme Court, only believers can file petitions before the Supreme Court of Heaven.
2. Prayer is the mechanism for filing.
2.1 God has exclusive venue for all matters touching the family of God. Heb 10:30.
Heb 10:30 For we know him who said, "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," and again, "The Lord will judge his people."
2.2 Just as there are technicalities which must be followed in approaching the U.S. Supreme Court, so also in the case of the believer; we must follow the protocol for prayer. We call it the mechanics for prayer.
2.3. Mechanics of Prayer:
2.3.1 We must rebound first thereby acquiring the Filling of the Spirit or else our prayer will not be heard.
Psa 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
2.3.2 We must love doctrine otherwise our prayers will be an abomination to God.
Pro 28:9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.
Jam 4:3 You ask and receive not because you ask amiss, that you may consume it on your lust patterns.
2.3.3 We must always pray to the Father.
Joh 11:41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.
2
Eph 5:20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Eph 3:14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Mat 6:6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
Mat 7:11 If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!
2.3.4 We must pray in the Name and through Christ.
Eph 2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Heb 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
Joh 16:25 "Though I have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father.
Joh 16:26 In that day you will ask in my name. I am not saying that I will ask the Father on your behalf.
Joh 16:27 No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.
Eph 5:20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
2.3.5 We must pray in the power of the Spirit.
Eph 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
Eph 2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
1Jo 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Psa 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
2.3.6 We must pray in an attitude of thanksgiving.
Phi 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
3
Eph 5:20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
2.3.7 We must get right with our spouses before approaching prayer. The word for "hindered" in 1Pe 3:7 is Ekkopto meaning to sever or cut-off.
1Pe 3:7 Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honor unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
3. The exclusivity of the venue cannot be overemphasized. Mat 7:1-2.
Mat 7:1 "Do not judge, or you too will be judged.
Mat 7:2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
3.1 Just as the appropriate venues for causes of action are codified in the law so also has God given us in His word Who will judge; all judgment has been reserved for the Son.
3.2 Just as there is a "ton" of case law relating to "venue conflict" there are many anecdotes and a great deal of instruction in Scripture as to how God's judgment works. And this includes judgment in time Heb 12:5-8, judgment at the Bema 1Co 3:11-15 and judgment at the GWT Rev 20:11-15.
CHART ORDER OF THE RESURRECTION
NIV
Heb 12:5 And you have forgotten that word of encouragement that addresses you as sons: "My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,
Heb 12:6 because the Lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes everyone he accepts as a son."
Heb 12:7 Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father?
Heb 12:8 If you are not disciplined (and everyone undergoes discipline), then you are illegitimate children and not true sons.
1Co 3:11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
1Co 3:12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
1Co 3:13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
1Co 3:14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
4
1Co 3:15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
4. The Supreme Court of Heaven absolutely needs no help and the penalty for meddling is significant and traumatic.
5. No one gets away with anything therefore we are to bring our case to the Lord and leave the matter at His feet. Neither nation nor people get away with anything however always remember what we need we get for God knows our frame; for sin we sometimes get discipline and other times blessing. Hos 8:7-8; Gal 6:7 and 1Th 5:18
Hos 8:7 For they (Israel in about 750) have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk; the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up.
Hos 8:8 Israel is swallowed up: now shall they be among the Gentiles as a vessel wherein is no pleasure.
Gal 6:7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
1Th 5:18 In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for the good to them that love God, to them who are the called, according to His purpose.
6. Justice then is God's business and His decisions are always fair and compatible with His Essence. He is recall Omnipotent, Ominscient, Omnipresent, Righteous, Just, Love, Veracity, Eternal Life, Faithful Immutable, Forgiving and Sovereign.
Psa 86:5 You are forgiving and good, O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to you.
Psa 7:9 Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
5
Psa 11:7 For the righteous Lord loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.
7. The doors of the Supreme Court of Heaven are always open, 365 days a year, twenty-four hours a day; God is always ready to judge things like:
7.1 Evil in the world. Gal 6:7; Hos 8:7
7.2 Sinfulness and injustice in human affairs. Psa 55:22
Psa 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
7.3 Rise and fall of nations. Dan 2:35; Psa 2:2,6-9;
Dan 2:35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
Psa 2:2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
Psa 2:3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
Psa 2:4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
Psa 2:5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
Psa 2:6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. . .
Psa 2:8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
Psa 2:9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
7.4 Anti-Semitism, both national and personal. Gen 12:3
Gen 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
7.5 Conflicts among believers. 1Co 4:1-5; 6:1-8
1Co 4:1 Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
1Co 4:2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
1Co 4:3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
1Co 4:4 For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
6
1Co 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
1Co 6:1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
1Co 6:2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
1Co 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
1Co 6:4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
1Co 6:5 I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
1Co 6:6 But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.
1Co 6:7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?
1Co 6:8 Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.
7.6 Satanic accusations against Israel and believers. Zec 3:1-5; Job 2:1-5
Zec 3:1 And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.
Zec 3:2 And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
Zec 3:3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.
Zec 3:4 And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.
Zec 3:5 And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.
Job 2:1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.
Job 2:2 And the LORD said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
Job 2:3 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.
Job 2:4 And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.
7
Job 2:5 But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face.
Rev 12:9 The great dragon was hurled down--that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
Rev 12:10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: "Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.
7.7 Child abuse is a special subject of judgment. Mat 18:5-10
Mat 18:5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.
Mat 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
Mat 18:7 Woe unto the world because of offenses! for it must needs be that offenses come; but woe to that man by whom the offense cometh!
Mat 18:8 Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.
Mat 18:9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
Mat 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
7.8 The when, who and what of believer discipline. Heb 12:6
KJV
Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
Heb 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
Heb 12:8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
8. All time line and eschatological judgment has been reserved to God the Son. Joh 5:22 and 27.
Joh 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
Joh 5:27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.
8
Joh 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
9. We must faith rest and leave things in the hands of the Lord and this requires the application of the faith-rest principles.
CHART FAITH REST MECHANICS
10. If you judge, complain and despise God's plan for your life (and this includes your reaction to His discipline) then you most likely, have chosen a venue of pain and sorrow.
Job 5:17 Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:
Job 5:18 For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole.
Pro 3:11 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
11. God will judge and we like David must trust God's judgment. Psa 55:22-23
Psa 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Psa 55:23 But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee.
12. David was judged and disciplined for his murder of Uriah, his adultery with Uriah's wife, his failure to discipline Amnon for raping Tamar (a sister of Absalom), his failure to forgive Absalom and his many disloyalties displayed toward men like Joab. In reviewing the Scriptural accounts of David's discipline you will see that often the execution of the discipline occurred many years after its pronouncement; this because David's discipline had to await the doctrine needed to sustain him during his fiery trial.
12.1 Through it all however he positively responded to his discipline because he had the Word of God in the right lobe of his soul and was thus a man after his heavenly Father's "own heart."

During the Questions and Answers session in the first day of the Native Land Rights symposium, the Director of Lands and Surveys, Datuk Osman Jamal, who called for the transformation of the Sabah Land laws was quite pissed off by a few questions coming from the floor about the issues of Community Title, instead of Native Titles, to many so 'called Natives of Sabah', who are believed to be a subtle way by the UMNO dominated BN government to alienate land to the 500,000 myKad holders under Project Mahathir and to ensure that original Anak Negara Sabah, especially the non-Muslims, remained marginalized, poor and backward.
Some of those who attended were angered, but thanks to the Grace of YHVH ELOHIM, they maintained their self control, while the Director scolded them like school children; one elderly ex-government servant later on said, " we will bring this matter to the Supreme Court of Heaven!"  I said Amen to the brother. Let us learn how to file our petition.

The Need for systematic, discipline and professionalism in exposing 'Land Grabbers"

Datuk Osman Jamal, Director of Sabah Lands and Surveys Department, favors "Communal Title" as against Native Title (NT)

Malaysian Prime Minister, Najib Tun RazakImage via WikipediaThe BugisImage via Wikipedia
Sabah Lands and Surveys Department Director Datuk Osman Jamal called for a transformation of the State's land laws.

He said the Sabah Land Ordinance 1930 has been in existence for more than 80 years albeit with some amendments since the formation of Malaysia in 1963 and needs to be improved, updated and harmonised with other legislation over land matters.

The latest was the issuance of Communal Titles which Osman touted at length as proof of the Sabah State Government's concern for Sabahan natives.

He said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman would announce in due course land to be alienated for needful graduates for entrepreneurial undertakings.

He cited how the Government accord preferential consideration to natives as no premium needs to be paid for land alienation to natives in perpetuity.

"The Government gives free land survey and collects annual land rent of only 50 sen per acre. The Government could collect more revenue (only RM600,000 quit rent was collected from NT lands when compared to the department's total revenue of RM300 million last year) from native lands (comprising 56 per cent of all lands) but it did not as a responsible Government (to the natives)," said Osman.

The Federal Government under the Bumiputra Lab has provided RM25m for land surveys and other services for natives under the Communal Title exercise and the once value added-lands are developed in future, they would benefit the natives and their descendants.

There are many native land disputes before the courts to be adjudicated which Osman said he could not comment on for the benefit of enquirers until the judiciary has ruled in finality.

The civil courts are bogged down with land dispute matters with insufficient number of judges to expedite the outcome as well as decided cases. At one instance, Osman said, "Saya pening baca keputusan mahkamah (I get a headache reading court decisions)."

He stressed that all court verdicts are respected by his department.

"If we are in the wrong, we would admit it."

Osman was also queried on native land matters under the jurisdiction of the Forestry Department whose Director was not a speaker at symposium, recently.

"I am not the Director of the Forestry Department," Osman replied.

Land is not an infinite natural resource available for all.

Osman explained at length that while land applications piled up, his department could only process a limited volume (12,000 average annual output) as the flow chart of the process involved many other authorities.

"Under the Sabah Land Ordinance, we practice an open system of land alienation," said Osman.

In some cases, there were agreements signed to sell off the lands applied for even when land applications were yet to be approved.

Only about 50 per cent of native lands alienated are developed for agriculture.

He said it was an exception rather than the norm if there was an officer or surveyor who forgot (pegawai lupa) his duty on the ground in giving his report on the actual condition.

He said even staff or civil servants from the same village complained on the delay or why they were not considered (in land applications) when the permission of the State Secretary has to be sought for such cases to override policy against it.

He said he would send his Native Unit mobile office to visit the ground to advise natives on important land matters and they would not be as naughty as another mobile service, apparently referring to the mobile courts that was in the news lately about clerks forging the signatures of magistrates on late birth registrations.

Osman regretted that for example interference with land administration process by elected representative of an area might cause delay as some would object to land applicants for being "Ini bukan orang saya" (of the same village or area) or worst, "Ini bukan penyokong saya."

He said what is important to his department's staff is to sincerely help the people when land is available for the right purpose.

If not, little can be done to satisfy all the land applicants.

Communal title is an option for natives to own land like the 26,000 hectares degazetted from forest reserves to benefit 6,000 natives.

When the descendents of natives are more educated and selves-reliant in the future, communal titles can be subdivided among them. Source : Daily Express

What the Spirit says?

As I was spending time in the 2 days symposium on Native Land Rights: issues, challenges and the way forward, these verses of scripture popped into my mind:
2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV) If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
My immediate question was, " Are NT Lands under some kind of a Curse. I went home and did a bit of research and sure enough, as one blogger described it for us, better than I could have done.
"The Spirit tells us that the land is defiled; and the land itself vomits out her inhabitants. The land is defiled when man refuses to worship the one true Creator God and turns to other idolatrous practices, such as; worshipping riches, bloodshed, sexual perversions, and broken covenants, which are some of the root causes. Defilement of the land creates legal grounds for the demonic to gain footholds and to attached to local cultures, including institutional demonic strongholds. These defilements layered on top of original sin, and the original curse upon creation, lends to an earth that is reeling under a load that is ready to topple. Now the question of why the church has not paid more attention to bringing redemtion to the land? First of all, the church is blinded to God's redemptive purpose for the land because she is complicit in promoting defilement and corruption. If the church were to understand God's redemptive purpose for the land it would uncover hidden sins that would embarace Christian religious history by exposing religious doctrine that empowered greed and the illegal occupation of the land through discovery and eventually colonialism. Can you immagine the church telling its financial supporters to repent and to give the land back to God, because of idolatry, bloodshed, broken covenants, sexual perversions ? Instead the church preaches a feel good message that never exposes the real issues that cause revival to tarry. Give me a call when you decide to get serious about the Kingdom of God until then hold on tight because this old earth is going to take us for a ride. "
We are making arrangement to make available the 8 working papers or upload video recording, subject to certain restrictions imposed by the organizers and  various presenters. In the meantime, enjoy this video clips "Heal our land"

Symposium Hak Tanah Anak Negara Sabah

Kadazandusun Bride & GroomImage by Pison Jaujip via Flickr
A total of 8 working papers were presented during the week end in a 2 days-symposium organized jointly by the Kadazandusun Chair, UMS and PUSAKA, which was quite well attended especially during the first day. The event was reported in the local press and a couple of recommendations became front page news especially those touching the proposal of the Chief Justice of Sabah and Sarawak, YAA Tan Sri Richard Malanjum, on the need of setting up a Native Land Tribunal Tribunal to deal with land applications, disputes and conversions relating to the Sabah Natives
